Q1. Can you provide a project manager for my project ?
A1. Yes, we provide a project manager for your project on a contract basis.
Q2. What is your daily rate ?
A2. We do not have a "daily rate", we charge a set fee which is agreed at the start of the project and is based on project delivery.
Q3. How is this fee paid ?
A3. We normally charge 30% at the start, 15 % at the end and 10% per milestone in between.
Q4. Can you supply additional resource, for example engineering personnel ?
A4. Yes, we have a database of people available on a contract basis. Additional resource will be engaged by us as required.
Q5. What about travel and other expenses ?
A5. There are NO additional fees apart from the set fee.
Q6. How will you define your deliverables ?
A6. These will be set out in a SOW (Statement of Work) , Schedule and Contract.
Q7. You offer a number of Business & Management consulting services - how much does this cost ?
A7. Each assignment is classed as a mini project and has a set fee. No delivery no charge !
Q8. You offer an outsourcing service, how does this work ?
A8. We maintain extensive contacts in the outsource community and will help you find your ideal partner no matter what you want to outsource.
Q9. Will you manage the outsource provider ?
A9. Not in the long term. We will help you develop the relationship until you are comfortable going forward.
Q10. You provide a rang of training courses - what do they cost ?
A10. Our courses are very competitively priced and are dependent on the number of attendees, please fill in our form giving as much detail as possible and we give you a proper quote within 24 hrs or sooner.
