Have the courage to invest in your convictions.<\/li>\n<li>Ignore the herd &#8211; just because the majority of companies are acting like rabbits caught in the headlights doesn&#8217;t mean that yours has to.<\/li>\n<li>Crush Competitors &#8211; that&#8217;s right, take the opportunity to mop up your timid competitors markets.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminate waste &#8211; apply <a href=\"http:\/\/www.projectsguru.co.uk\/lean.htm\">LEAN<\/a> principles to maintain the competitive edge.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Quality &#8211; apply <a href=\"http:\/\/www.projectsguru.co.uk\/six-sigma.htm\">6 Sigma<\/a> t0 minimize defects &amp; maximise yields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Employ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.projectsguru.co.uk\/project-managers.htm\">Interims<\/a> &#8211;
