This may be done in a formal review setting or, more frequently,\u00a0 as part of a one to one chat. We would suggest the following:-<\/p>\n<p>When things go well always give positive feedback.\u00a0 &#8220;well done&#8221;\u00a0 &#8220;good job&#8221; are always well received but do it sincerely. If you only give positive feedback it may be seen as insincere especially if it is over the top.
